Return & Exchange Policy
📦 An unboxing video is required for all return/exchange requests.
How do I return / exchange my order?+
Request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery by contacting Customer Service at +91 80505 55008 (10:00 AM-6:00 PM). After 7 days, return/exchange requests cannot be entertained. Returns can be requested only for: size issues, defective product, wrong product received, different/wrong colour, or quality issues. Exchanges are for the same product in a different size or colour - replacement with a different product isn’t possible. All eligible returns/exchanges are processed at no extra cost. Exchanges are subject to stock; if unavailable, a full refund is issued. Hello Mimi may decline a request if the reason isn’t genuine or eligible.
Can I cancel my order?+
Orders can be cancelled only before they ship (usually within 24-48 hours). To cancel, email team@hellomimi.in. On successful cancellation, any prepaid amount is refunded to your original payment method within 4-7 working days.
I received a wrong product - what now?+
We’ll either issue a full refund or re-dispatch the correct product, processed after reverse pickup of the incorrect item is completed and verified. Email team@hellomimi.in to report it. Please ensure the product is unused, returned with all original tags intact, and accompanied by the original invoice.
Do I need to ship the return myself?+
No. We arrange a free pickup through our logistics partner.
How do I get my refund?+
Prepaid orders: refunded to your original payment method. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: refunded as Store Credit, usable on future Hello Mimi purchases.
